No I found them on Ebay... I had originally bought some Harry Potter goggles that I was going to customize but then I ran across these.

I may wind up doing the same thing.
I've been searching for parts for too long to make my own.
There's a guy on DA who makes them and sells them on DA. Really nice work.

Period clothes, The goggles are perfect!
