Better late than never!

Finally doing this weeks challenge over at the DAC group.
It is a "style" challenge, where you emulate a chosen artist. This weeks honored illustrator is Chris Sanders ( *alohalilo )

I've been wanting to do something "Egyptian" for a while and wasn't really coming up with anything worthwhile... until today! :D

Though it is in Sander's style, I think it still looks like I drew it. I'm not good at making copies... LOL!

Thanks!

I couldn't bring myself to draw the giant Sanders nipples so I had to get creative on the cover-up. LOL!

Girl I appreciate that you didn't draw all that foolishness. It still looks fabulous though.

I never much went for the concept of photorealism or being able to exactly copy someone else's style as being that favorable. I mean yeah it shows a certain skill, no doubt, but i've always thought it kinda robbed your work of it's originality when you do an exact representation of something else.

I'll have to look up the artist you honored, but yeah I could tell you did this...and it's awesome :)
