Yes... Fran has been incarnated several times... most recently as a failed attempt at Vector-based drawing last Spring that I'm not providing a link for... 
She is one of those characters I can't get out of my head. I really need to do something with her... since she keeps popping up. LOL!

Note: I really wasn't sure what to do with this Spookies stuff... I really hate the catagories these days. They need a freakin' character development catagory for Comics and Toons. *grumble*
